Many club members are looking to run their first marathon in 2012 and those of us who already have will no doubt be looking at others, perhaps even considering ultra running. Training logs
If you are looking to enter a marathon or many other forms of challenging race you should look to set up some form of training log. This can be as simple as a few notes in your diary about expected milage, speeds and other aspects fo your efforts or an online spreadsheet. Whatever route you choose it's important to choose one.
